Join me for 8 weeks of Freedom Focused Fitness. During this 8 weeks, instead of our main focus coming from a fleshly perspective of "how can I be better", we're going to shift to a freedom focus in Christ, "I am better because He's made me better"...This will be a shift for me as well! I'm used to being very practical focused when it comes to fitness, and practical is great and it is important. But I feel the Lord is wanting to shift mindsets so we can operate from a place of total freedom and get breakthroughs in areas we didn't know we needed! This will be a transformative experience for all of us, including myself!
